Licensed Real Estate SalespersonAs a former Broadway actress, Stephanie carries the sheer grit and determination she learned from her days on Broadway into every sale. Stephanie spent a decade performing alongside A-list actors such as Daniel Radcliffe, Nick Jonas, Patti LuPone, and Glenn Close prior to her career in real estate.
Since joining William Raveis in 2019, Stephanie joined forces with veteran broker and friend, Denae Montesi to form The Montesi Harnisch Team which currently ranks as the #1 Small Team in New York City and New York State companywide for the past 2 consecutive years. They have also been recognized by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends as among the top .5% of brokers nationwide in closed sales volume and the top 1.5% of brokers in New York State.
New York City real estate is not for the faint-hearted and she works vigorously to make sure every detail is taken care of from Day 1 to the closing table. Stephanie is an enthusiastic member of the New York Junior League and volunteers with Broadway Cares Equity Fight Aids.
